Fish hematology is one of the most important evidence of physiological characteristics and reflecting their water ecosystem and their health, so having a normal range of blood parameters in fish can be used as a biological indicator. 90 beluga with average weight of 1.15± 20.82 Kg were kept on Shahid Rajai reproduction, culture and rehabilitation of sturgeon for 60 days. Fish were fed with diets containing garlic (garlic powder 10 g per dg diet) for 60 days. After anesthetized the fish with clove sampling the fish done from vein tail and behind the anal fin. Immediately after blood sampling using 2 cc syringes, the blood was shed in the he parinized microtube and hematology tests were performed in the laboratory. The results of this study showed that, total hemoglobin and red blood cells in the course of treatment was higher than control but in hemoglobin concentration between the two treatments did not show a significant difference from control and garlic (p>0.05). Hematocrit percent and white blood cell count was significantly different between garlic and control group (p0.05). Finding from this study suggests that, Add10 g garlic extract per kg food is suitable level for improving cellular immunity of beluga.
